Welcome!

I can't believe I am finally going to start this blog.  I have wanted to start a blog for many years.  I always felt I was "too busy".  That was when I had one child in school all day.  I ask myself now, what was I doing with all that time?  I now have 4 children, 2 of which are twin boys that just turned 1.  Talk about having no time.  I hope that this will be my outlet.  I love to cook, create, and please my friends and family.
This will hopefully help other "busy" people to come up with simple quick meals for their family.  It will also be a way for me to keep a log of all my creative creations.  A lot of these recipes will be quick, using ingredients from Trader Joe's.  I do most of my shopping there, and enjoy the seasonal foods.  There is always something new to choose from.  With a little imagination, great meals follow.  Enjoy!
